
As an organisation administrator you can terminate the MitID Erhverv service for your organisation by ending the agreement with us. This is relevant if your organisation has signed up for MitID Erhverv by mistake or no longer requires it.

Only an organisation administrator can terminate the service. Termination will mean that:

You find "Settings": Menu > Settings.
The menu “MitID Erhverv agreement” will expand, displaying your organisation’s:
Press the ”Terminate MitID Erhverv Agreement” button.
The “Terminate MitID Erhverv agreeement” will appear.
“OPSIG” means “terminate” in Danish. At the bottom of the window there is a text field. Type OPSIG in capital letters, then select the active “Terminate agreement” button.
You will be logged out of MitID Erhverv and returned to the login page.
Log in as you normally would to MitID Erhverv or any other self‑services.
You will be taken to the ”MitID Erhverv Agreement” page.
After reviewing the termination summary, press the “Close” button.
You will receive an e‑mail confirming the termination.
Termination takes effect after 14 days, after which your organisation will no longer have access to MitID Erhverv. Once it takes effect, your organisation will also receive a final invoice for MitID Erhverv.
Within the 14-day period following termination, an organisation administrator may reverse the decision.
